The player makes outbound connections over standard web ports and needs no inbound rules, no VPN and no static IP. It runs on a guest or segmented VLAN. We will join a call with your IT team and answer their list directly.
Who actually installs it
Players arrive paired to your account, so whoever is on site plugs in HDMI and power. Then we schedule a training session with your team and build your first playlist together. You do not need an IT person on staff.
