What does it cost?
$29 per screen per month on Basic, $49 on Pro, billed annually. The player is $299 once, and your first one is free when you start annual service. Multi-year agreements lock your rate as you add screens. Full pricing.
Do I need new TVs?
No. Our player plugs into the HDMI port on any screen you already own and arrives paired to your account. Content caches locally, so a Wi-Fi drop does not blank the wall. See the player.
Who sets it up?
We do. We schedule a training session with your team and help build your first playlist together, so nobody is left guessing. Then unlimited training for every person you hire, forever.
What can go on the screen?
Menus, promotions, announcements, live dashboards, weather, news, social feeds, event schedules and safety counters. 500+ apps and 200+ templates. Browse the apps.
What will IT ask about?
The player makes outbound connections over standard web ports and needs no inbound rules, no VPN and no static IP. It runs fine on a guest or segmented VLAN. We will get on a call with your IT team and answer their list directly.
Can you work with a PO?
Yes. Schools, districts, municipalities and health systems buy from us on purchase orders every month. Ask for a formal quote and we will format it for your procurement process, including bid paperwork and W-9.
